Anxiety is complex and takes many forms

It can range from self doubt that makes you a little nervous, right through to a full blown panic attack where you think you are going to die and just need to flee from a certain situation – It can stretch from feeling self conscious right through to feeling very confident, yet anxious because you are placing yourself in a situation that is out of your comfort zone.

In addition, the thoughts and emotions that are generated can be endless, scary and exhausting leaving you feeling down and frustrated. I have been specialising in understanding and treating all forms of anxiety disorders for many years and have gained a huge knowledge of why we get anxious, how it sabotages us and what we need to do to let it go and I’d love to share this with you, if you are interested.
